HOGSHEAD PUB CORPORATE Package : From r26 250

Includes: Hogshead Pub with internal safty frame + 4.2m bar counter; seating for 250 guests at beerfest tables and benches; umberllas and picket fence.

Delivery/set up and collection fee quoted seperately.

 

Booking/Payment Policy:

  1. A completed/signed booking form to be faxed to 0866 483 843.
  2. On confirmation of the booking a deposit of 35% of the package price is required to secure the booking.
  3. Should the booking be cancelled inside of 21days of the hire date the deposit will be non refundable
  4. Balance of payment is required on delivery of the Pub.
  5. A “Conditions of Hire” form must be signed by the hirer on delivery.

Notes:

  1. Min delivery/set up fee for the Hogshead Pub is R750 plus a charge of R7.53 per km.
  2. Package price is applicable to a 1 day/1night period, rates for additional days on request.
  3. 1 Day’s rental is the equivalent of a 24 hour period
  4. Tavern Promotions reserves the right to cancel the booking should the surface that the pub wil stand on is deemed not to be suitable.
  5. Pubs MUST be inflated on a firm LEVEL surface.
